Day of Coordination
Starting Price: $2,000
We start to step into the process about a month before the wedding. We help create timelines, coordinate with all vendors, organize the rehearsal, finalize seating charts, and tie up all the little loose ends to create a smooth day for all. We also work tirelessly behind the scenes during the event so you can focus on the fun parts of the wedding! Some of the things you can expect:
12 hour on-site event management including 1 hour of rehearsal management
Set up and tear down of personal decor and materials

Partial Planning
Starting Price: $4,500
This package is for the couple who wants to do the searching but needs a little guidance along the way. We are here to recommend awesome vendors, review contracts, and help negotiate details with the vendors you’re interested in.
You have the vision and want to do most of the work, but we are here to help find the right rentals that will fit your budget and be the perfect addition to make your vision come to life. You’ve probably already hired us to be your florist- how perfect that we can also bring the creative aspect to the execution of the rest of the decor, so everything is seamless! Here’s what this package includes:
12 hour on-site event management
1 hour of rehearsal management
Style and Design execution from start to finish
Vendor communication and management
Seating charts, room layouts, designing and sourcing signage

Microwedding Packages starting at $1,500
LVF Floral is here to take on the full planning services for your microwedding. This is perfect for guest counts under 20. We will help you tie in every single detail to make your experience the perfect one-of-a-kind elopement that you’ve been dreaming of.
Additional Support from Our Team at $175/hour
Sometimes things don’t go as planned and you need a little extra help outside of the package you’ve purchased with us. That’s ok! We are here to help and more than willing to offer assistance in ANY way we can! Please let us know what we can do to support you, and we will take the reins!
